Gretchen’s coaching style blends laser sharp questioning with a sense of gentle irreverence and compassion. Her goal is to support clients in learning about themselves so that they can reach their full leadership or management potential. Over the past decade, Gretchen has coached hundreds of people to:

Many of her clients have gone on deep journeys in their coaching relationship with Gretchen, dealing with issues of grief, trauma, disability, and loss; care-giving elders or loved ones with mental illness; personal empowerment, confidence, and boundary setting; creating conscious relationships with intimate partners, children, family, and colleagues; charting new life directions that better align with core beliefs and values or navigating disconnects. She has also worked with veterans in her coaching practice on transition issues and moral injury.

Gretchen is an International Coach Federation trained and credentials professional and personal development coach. She is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Forte Communications System. She holds a certificate in Veteran Behavioral Health.
